Today I woke up at 6am to study Differential Equations.  Then I went to Mineralogy wearing full rain gear.  There’s nothing like riding through 6″ puddles on a bike!  In Mineralogy, I learned about the Microprobe and Electron Microscopes.  Then I studied Differential Equations again for a couple hours before the weekly quiz.  Now I’m starting to study for the Field Methods final that is coming up next week.

Today I woke up at 6am and ate breakfast.  Next I went to Mineralogy lab and played with a microscope for a few hours.  Then I went to Anthropology and learned about open and closed class systems.  After Anthropology I worked on identifying shells in the lab again.  Then I went home and started practicing Differential Equations.

Today I woke up at 6am and got lost into some Differential Equations. Seriously, I was lost. I had no Idea what I was doing wrong. After being lost for a few hours, I went to Mineralogy, and then I tried the Differential equations again.  I wasn’t as lost.  When I went to class, I realized I was a little ahead which explained why I was lost.  Now I’m going to practice these Differential Equations again after learning what to do.

Today I took the test in Anthropology that I have been studying for the last few days. It felt like a good testing experience. After the test, I ate subway with Danny, talked with Mrs. Rosser about my schedule next semester and studied Differential Equations.  Then I went to Geos 101 and learned about traveling abroad opportunities and benefits.  Now it;s back to Differential Equations.

Today I slept in.  When I woke up, I started studying for the Anthropology test.  I took breaks from studying to do dishes and laundry.  I’ll be going to sleep early to be nice and rested for tomorrows test.

Today I enjoyed sleeping in. When I woke up I started studying for the Anthropology test on Monday.  I’ve been studying all day.  Now I’m watching the debates for the people on Bryan’s ballot.

Today was a nice and easy day. I studied until it was time to go to Anthropology, and then I went to class. It’s the Friday before a test, so we just had a review. It was a pretty short review, so the teacher shared his presentation about his field work in Turkey over the summer.  Then I studied for a few hours, and I finished the day off with some video games with my neighbor Luke.

Today I slept in till 6:30am and then studied Differential Equations before going to Mineralogy.  Then I studied Differential Equations again.  I had a nice little quiz in Differential Equations and then started sorting shells again.  After sorting some shells, I attended a group session dedicated to viewing progress of grad-student research. Now I’m back to studying again.

10/23/2013

Today I woke up on time at 6am and studied for a quiz in Mineralogy lab. After acing the quiz, we worked on a lab covering double refraction in minerals.  Then I went to Anthropology and learned about Agricultural and Industrial Societies.  Next, I went to Field Methods and got a good review for the final.  After that I spent a few hours in the lab sorting shells.  Then I went to the G & G meeting and learned more tips for getting into grad school.  Now I’m going to study a little bit before bed.

Today I slept in till 7am and then finished my homework before going to Mineralogy.  At Mineralogy I learned about the reasons why minerals have such complex chemical compositions.  It turns out that atoms and molecules of similar sizes can fill similar areas in a minerals chemical composition.  Then in Differential Equations the sub elaborated on more ways to use the Laplace principle. Next I spent a couple hours sorting shells in the lab before going home.  Now I will study in peace.
